Softball Tournament At Longwood University Cancelled

FARMVILLE, Va. - The Quinnipiac University softball team's
tournament, the Lancer Leadoff Classic, originally scheduled for
Saturday and Sunday at Lancer field, has been cancelled due to
unplayable field conditions following recent winter storms. The
Bobcats return to action next weekend when they take part in the
Norfolk State Invitational. The team will first take the field on
Friday, Feb. 26 against tournament-host, Norfolk State, at 7 p.m.
