Emily Webster will enter her fifth year as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Quinnipiac University in 2017-18. Her stint with the Bobcats comes after working as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at the University of Connecticut.
During her time at UConn, she designed and implemented a 12-month strength and conditioning program for the women’s lacrosse, women’s cross country and men’s and women’s swimming teams. Webster also assisted the primary strength and conditioning coaches with men’s and women’s track and field, men’s cross country, men’s ice hockey, baseball, women’s basketball, softball and volleyball.
Webster also worked as a research assistant and course instructor at UConn while working as a graduate assistant. As a research assistant, Webster worked with various lab and field research studies. As a course instructor, Webster taught a Free Weight Training course to undergraduate students.
Prior to working as a graduate assistant with the Huskies, Webster was an intern with the strength and conditioning coach where she worked with a variety of athletic teams.
Webster is a 2012 graduate of UConn with a BS in Kinesiology and went on to receive a MS in Kinesiology in 2014.
