Brad Dufek enters his eighth season as an assistant coach with the Quinnipiac women’s rugby team in 2022-23, after helping the Bobcats earn national titles in his first three season with the program. Dufek graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2014 with a degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing his MBA here at QU.
In addition to his time at Quinnipiac, Dufek assists with the Yale University men’s club program and coaches with the Rebel Rugby Academy high school 7’s boys program in the Summer.

As a four year starter in both Division I and Division II, Dufek led Stout to consecutive top 20 finishes in 2013 and 2014, with a National round of eight appearance in 2014 as a player-coach and backs captain. In 2013, after a successful run in the Wisconsin 7’s Series, Stout went on to qualify for and finish as Runner-Up at the USA Rugby College 7’s Championships for Division II.

Dufek holds an administrative role as the Men’s Division I and II Commissioner within National Collegiate Rugby - which is the largest college club rugby organization in the country - overseeing 175+ programs.
