- Started the year with a personal-best 4k time of 16:02.5 at the Stony Brook Season Opener (Aug. 30)
- Finished the Jasper Fall XC Invitational 6k in 25:02.6 (Sept. 13)
- Recorded a personal-best 6k time of 22:47.5 at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 3)
- Logged an 18:46.8 in the 5k at the NEICAAA Cross Country Championships to set a personal best (Oct. 10)
- Shined at the CCSU Mini Meet, logging a personal-best 3k time of 10:24.8 (Oct. 24)
- Completed the MAAC Cross Country Championships 6k in 23:05.7 (Nov. 1).
- Finished 19th in the 3000m with a personal-best time of 10:47.88 at the Dr. Sander Scorcher/Columbia Challenge (Jan. 23-24)
- Logged a 5:11.88 mile at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic (Jan. 31)
- Competed at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships, placing 24th in the mile (5:16.09) and helping the 4x800 relay clock in at 9:12.21 (Feb. 7-8)

- Logged a 3k mark of 10:44.0 at the CCSU Mini Meet (Oct. 25)
- Made first career conference appearance at the MAAC Cross Country Championships, finishing the 6k layout in 23:17.2 (Nov. 2).
- Opened indoor track career with a 5:35.58 mile at the UMass Amherst Flagship Invitational (Jan. 12)
- Logged a 3000m time of 10:58.28 at the Dr. Sander Scorcher (Jan. 24-25)
- Competed at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic, hitting a 1500m split of 4:59.02 and finishing the mile in 5:20.34 (Jan. 31-Feb. 1)

- Concluded indoor slate with a 25th-place finish in the mile (5:28.42) at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships (Mar. 7-8).
- Opened outdoor season running a 4:57.77 in the 1500m at the UMass Flagship Opener (Apr. 5)
- Established an outdoor personal best in the 1500m at the Bison Outdoor Classic, crossing the line in 4:52.53 (Apr. 12-14)
- Finished sixth in the 1500m (5:00.93) and 12th in the 4x400 (4:13.03) at the Mark Young Invitational (Apr. 19)
- Registered an 800m time of 2:25.50 at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invite (May 3)
- Competed in the 1500m prelims at the MAAC Outdoor Championships, finishing 18th overall with a time of 5:02.87 (May 10-11).
