As a Junior in 2013-14:
-Started in all 34 games for the Bobcats
-Has never missed a game through three years, prolonging her consecutive start streak to 99 games since first lacing it up for the Bobcats back in 2011-12 as a freshmen
-Averaged 7.1 points 6.6 assists and 3.9 rebounds per game
-Named to the 2013-14 All-MAAC Third Team
-Has blossomed into one of the nation’s elite playmakers as her 6.6 assists per game average ranked 10th-best in the nation
-Her supreme ball-handling ability is also evidenced by her 3.48 assists-to-turnover ratio in 2013-14 which ranked 3rd in the country
-Abshire’s 223 assists last season broke Maria Holland’s 32-year-old single-season program at Quinnipiac while she also enters her senior season needing 193 more to break the all-time assists record for the Bobcats
-Averaged 30.4 minutes per game, an uptick of nearly six minutes from her previous single-season high of 24.4 minutes per game in 2012-13
-Shot the ball at a 36.1 percent clip (74-205)
-Drastically improved her three point shot as she came into the season with just seven made three point field goals but made 25 throughout the 2013-14 season
-Abshire finished with a three point percentage of 35.7 (25-70) and free throw percentage of 68.6 (70-102) which ranked third and fourth on the team, respectively
-Pumped in a career high 20 points in back-to-back games early in the season at the Preseason WNIT
-Started with 20 points on 9-of-14 shooting including two made three pointers at No. 5 Louisville (11/11)
-Posted another monster 20-point game (6-of-11 FG, 2-3 3FG, 6-6 FT) to go along with nine assists and five rebounds at UT-Martin (11/16)
-Continued her strong start to the season with 14 points and three rebounds at St. John’s (N.Y.) (11/20)
-Dished out a single-game program record 14 assists to go along with four points and four rebounds in a 68-66 win at home over American (11/23)
-Picked up another double digit assist game at Missouri St. as she totaled 10 assists while scoring seven points (11/26)
-Nearly made it three straight double digit assist games as she posted nine helpers and five rebounds against St. Joseph’s (12/1)
-Chipped in 14 points, four assists, three rebounds and a season-high six steals in a win over Hartford (12/4)
-Posted a great all-around game with eight points, 10 assists and four rebounds against Marist (12/6)
-Scored 13 points including two made threes at Albany (12/15)

-Scored seven points with five assists, four rebounds and three steals in the MAAC Championship against Marist (3/10)
-Closed out the season with 12 points, eight assists and four rebounds in the WNIT at Villanova (3/19).

-Started all 33 games for the Bobcats
-Finished the season with 175 points, 164 assists, 138 rebounds, and 47 steals
-Team leader in assists with 5.0 assists per game
-Led the team with 2.4 assist-to-turnover ratio
-Scored 10 points at Massachusetts on Nov. 16
-Scored eight points at Yale on Nov. 28
-Scored eight points with 10 assists and five rebounds at Bryant on Jan. 14
-Tallied season high 35 minutes at St. Francis (Pa.) on Jan. 21
-Finished with six points and 11 rebounds vs. Central Conn. St. on Jan. 28
-Added 17 points and went 9-for-9 from the charity stripe at Mount St. Mary’s on Feb. 4
-Registered nine points at Sacred Heart on Feb. 23
-Had eight assists against Bryant on Feb. 25
-Tallied nine points on Mar. 4 at St. Francis (N.Y.).
As a Freshman in 2011–12:
-Started in all 32 games for the Bobcats
-Boasted 87 points, a team-leading 101 assists, 31 steals and 90 rebounds for the campaign
-Had five assists against Minnesota on 11/25
-Recorded career-highs of seven points and eight rebounds to go along with an assist and three steals against Bryant on 12/03
-Contributed six points against Sacred Heart in 12/05
-Posted seven assists, two points, one rebound and one steal against American on 12/28
-Collected seven assists and six rebounds in win at Robert Morris on 1/16
-Had five assists against Mount St. Mary’s on 1/30
-Contributed six points and four assists against LIU Brooklyn on 2/18
-Helped out with seven assists and one blocked shot against Monmouth on 3/06
-Matched career-high of seven points in WNIT Tournament against Temple on 3/15.
Before Quinnipiac:
-Attended Our Lady of Good Counsel High School where she played three years of varsity basketball and earned one varsity letter in soccer
-Won a championship for basketball in 2008 and 2009
-Won a championship in soccer in 2010 and 2011
-Was named Most Valuable Player for basketball as a junior and senior
-Received the Unsung Hero Award for soccer in 2011
-Also played for the Maryland Flames.

-Daughter of Marc and Judy…Has three sisters, Chloe, Audrey and Sophia
-Relatives, Mike and Jenny Miller, both were student-athletes at the University of Florida
-Mike also played for the Memphis Grizzlies.
