As a senior in 2019:
- MAAC All-Academic Team
- 2019 All-MAAC Team
- Opened the season at the Nassaney Invitational 5k and finished with a time of 19:14.0 in 22nd place
- Finished in 17th place at the Henry Mercer Invitational with a time of 19:07.7 in 17th place
- Recorded a time of 10:36.5 at the CCSU Mini Meet 3k (career best)
- Tallied a time of 22:32.7 at the MAAC Championships and finished in 14th place
- Ended her career with a personal-best time in the 6k at the NCAA Northeast Regional (21:06.2)

- Opened the season at the Stony Brook Season Opener 4k and finished in 8th place with a time of 15:06.9 (career best)
- Finished in 11th place with a time of 18:41.7 at the Siena XC Invitational 5k
- Took 12th place overall at the NEICAAA Championships in the 5k with a time of 18:19.8 (career best)
- Finished in 18th place at the MAAC Championships in the 6k race (22:34.5)

- Experienced track and field competitor with four years of experience at high school and is new to the sport of cross country
- Captained the indoor and outdoor track and field teams in her junior and senior year
- Top team scorer in her senior year for both the indoor and outdoor seasons
- Broke the indoor school record for the one mile (5:26), outdoor mile record (5:16), outdoor 3200m and was part of both school record holding the indoor and outdoor 4x800m relay teams
- Led East Longmeadow to the Western Massachusetts Championship during the indoor track and field season in 2013 and 2016
- Helped guide East Longmeadow to the 2016 Western Massachusetts Championship in the 4x800m relay as the team later went on to place second at the State Divisional Championship Meet
- Also helped lead East Longmeadow to the 4x400m relay Western Massachusetts Championship in 2014
- Named the East Longmeadow High School Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year in 2016
- Winner of the Frank Dutille Outstanding Underclassmen Award as a junior
- Earned First Team All-Western Massachusetts Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field honors as a senior
- Second Team All-Western Massachusetts as a junior and sophomore
- Honor Roll student all four years at East Longmeadow
