As a junior in 2019:
- MAAC All-Academic Team
- Opened the season at the Stony Brook Season Opener with a time of 17:20.4
- Recorded career-best time in the 5k race at the NEICAAA Championships (19:15.9), finishing in 12th
- MAAC All-Academic Team
- Recorded career-best time in the 4k race (16:09.1) at the Stony Brook Season Opener
- Also tallied career-best time in the 3k (11:06.3) at the CCSU Mini Meet
- Competed in six events for the Bobcats, emerging as one of the team's top five in the postseason.
- Finished fourth on the Bobcats, and 28th overall, at the MAAC Championships with a 23:11.2.
- Competed in the NCAA Northeast Region Championships, finishing 160th with a 24:02.0, which was fourth on the team.
- Ran a 22:24.1 at the Paul Short Open and followed up with 23:38.5 at the adidas DI Pre-Nationals.
- Began the year with a team-best 14:10.9 at the 4K Stony Brook Season Opener, finishing fifth out of 33 runners.
- Graduated from Immaculate High School in Danbury, Connecticut with varsity letters in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field
- Named All-State in Connecticut three times in cross country (2014-16)
- Also named All-State in the outdoor track season in her senior year
- Two-time First Team All-Conference in cross country (2015-16)
