- Attended Bloomfield High School for first two years before transferring to Watkinson School for his junior and senior seasons
- As a sophomore in 2012, Rashawn was part of the Bloomfield High School Class S state Championship team
- He was named Bloomfield High Warhawk of the Year for the 2012-2013 season
- Dally earned All-Conference honors in 2012 at Bloomfield
- He was named Watkinson Soccer Most Valuable Player in 2013 and Offensive MVP in 2014
- A member of the Connecticut Football Club (CFC)
- Back-to-back CJSA Connecticut State Championship titles with CFC United in 2013 and 2014
- Dally earned recognition on the Connecticut All-State team for CFC United in consecutive years, 2013 and 2014
