HAMDEN, Conn. – The Quinnipiac men's tennis team earned a crucial 4-3 MAAC victory over Fairfield to keep its postseason hopes alive.

Despite falling short in the doubles point, the duo of Csanad Nyaradi and Vishal Prakash secured their sixth doubles win over the last seven matches.

The Bobcats responded in singles, as Nyaradi, Carlos Braun Simo and Alessandro Sciacca earned quick wins in straight sets. Elias Hoxha delivered the decisive point, winning in three sets to clinch the victory after a four-hour contest.

QU improves to 4-3 in MAAC play.
