HAMDEN, Conn. – The Quinnipiac men's tennis team return back home to begin MAAC play against Sacred Heart on Sunday evening.
Matches are set to begin at 6:45 p.m.

SCOUTING SACRED HEART
- Quinnipiac holds an 18-6 all-time record vs Sacred Heart, looking to extend their win streak to four matches.
- The Pioneers enter the weekend with a 1-10 record, their lone win came against Cedarville University 6-1.
- Tomasz Garbacz, Darren Huang, and Connor Liona recently picked up singles wins vs MAAC opponent Siena.
- Finn Burridge earned Co-Player of the Week on Mar. 4 after a 4-0 weekend against Binghamton and Bryant.
- Carlos Braun Simo leads the Bobcats with four singles wins this season.
- Elias Hoxha, Alessandro Sciacca, and Carl Sjolholm each have three singles victories.
- The doubles teams of Braun Simo/Sciacca and Hoxha/Burridge have each secured three wins.
- The teams of Carlos Braun Simo / Elias Hoxha & Finn Burridge / Alessandro Sciacca each won their respective doubles matchups to advance to the round of 64.
- Carlos Braun Simo won his main draw singles consolation match, defeating Ethan Chung (Yale): 7-5, 7-6 (9-7).
BACK-TO-BACK MAAC CHAMPS
- Quinnipiac men's tennis won its second straight MAAC title this past season, defeating Rider 4-1 in the championship.
- Elias Hoxha was named Most Outstanding Performer for his clinch in the win over Rider.
- In the semifinal, QU defeated Niagara 4-1.
- The Bobcats returned to their second straight NCAA Tournament, falling to No. 23 Clemson 4-0.
ALL-MAAC SELECTIONS
- The Bobcats return All-MAAC selections Elias Hoxha, Carlos Braun Simo, and Finn Burridge.
- Hoxha maintains a perfect 10-0 record against MAAC opponents.
