ALBANY, NY – Quinnipiac men's basketball earned a big road victory on Friday night at MVP Arena, as the Bobcats cruised past Siena by the final score of 74-62.

Amarri Monroe led QU with 21 points, seven rebounds and three assists over 37 minutes.

Spence Wewe turned in a career night with 18 rebounds, including eight offensive boards in the victory.

Jaden Zimmerman chipped in with 17 points, while Asim Jones added 12.

Quinnipiac shot 41.3% from the floor, and the Bobcats knocked down 10 3-pointers.

With the win, QU moves to 11-5 in league play. The Bobcats climb into sole possession of third place in the league standings.

GAME REWIND
Quinnipiac shot 13-of-36 from the floor in the first half, taking a 34-27 lead into the locker room. Amarri Monroe and Jaden Zimmerman both poured in nine points during the first 20 minutes. The Bobcats went 5-of-17 from 3-point distance in the first half.

Monroe then netted 12 points during the second half to help QU clinch the victory. Asim Jones chipped in with 10 points over the second stanza. The Bobcats' largest lead during the second half was 15 points – which came with 1:14 left in regulation.

Amarri Monroe is now up to 15.8 points and 8.1 rebounds per game in 2025-26. The reigning MAAC Player of the Year shot 8-of-16 from the floor, and finished with a team-best +15 plus/minus rating. He also grabs seven rebounds and three assists.
Spence Wewe grabbed a career-high 18 rebounds – eight of which came on the offensive end. His 18 rebounds are the second-highest total of any MAAC player this season (Fairfield's Declan Wucherpfennig grabbed 19 in a contest).
Jaden Zimmerman's 17 points came via 5-of-11 shooting. He leads QU with 16.3 points per contest this season.
Asim Jones added 12 points, two rebounds and two helpers. The Bobcats' point guard had no turnovers in 33 minutes on the floor.
Keith McKnight scored seven points off the bench.
Quinnipiac is 12-12 against Siena since the Bobcats joined the MAAC. QU has taken five of the last six meetings.
