Frank Sets New Career High in Saves, No. 6 Bobcats Blank No. 12 Cornell

HAMDEN, Conn. - The No. 6 Quinnipiac women's ice hockey team earned their third straight ECAC sweep with a 4-0 shutout of No. 12 Cornell on Saturday afternoon.
Goaltender Felicia Frank recorded a new career high in saves for the second time this season, surpassing the mark she previously set in a 3-0 win at Cornell on Dec. 5.
Bryn Prier and Laurence Frenette opened the scoring late in the first period, netting their 5th goals of the season 34 seconds apart.
Prier added to the lead with a shorthanded goal in the second period, marking Quinnipiac's third shorthanded goal of the season.
Kahlen Lamarche sealed the victory with an empty-net goal, tying her for first on Quinnipiac's all-time Division I single-season goals list.
Frank earned her 21st win and 8th shutout of the season.
