Bobcats Outlast UMass Lowell at M&T Bank Arena

HAMDEN, Conn. – Quinnipiac men's basketball won its fourth consecutive contest on Saturday afternoon, as the Bobcats outlasted UMass Lowell by the final score of 75-71 from M&T Bank Arena.
Amarri Monroe (22 points, 10 rebounds) and Grant Randall (10 points, 10 rebounds) both registered a double-double in the win.
Asim Jones set a new season-high mark with 20 points. He shot 6-of-9 from the field in the win.
The Bobcats outscored the River Hawks 43-33 during the second half of action. Quinnipiac shot 16-of-33 (48.5%) over the final 20 minutes of play.
The Bobcats move to 8-3 overall with the victory. QU is 5-1 in home games during 2025-26.

- Amarri Monroe led the Bobcats with 22 points. He also grabbed 10 rebounds, good for his third double-double of the year. He shot 9-of-20 from the floor, and added two steals, two blocks, and two assists. He's averaging 15.8 PPG & 7.0 RPG in 2025-26.
- Asim Jones' 20-point performance marks a new career-high for the transfer guard. He poured in 15 points during the Bobcats second-half comeback.
- Grant Randall chipped in with his second double-double of the year. He scored 10 points and grabbed 10 rebounds, going 3-of-8 from the floor. The sophomore has 26 rebounds over the last three contests.
- Keith McKnight added eight points and a new career-high eight rebounds. Nate Guerengomba and Samson Reilly each tallied six points.
- Quinnipiac is now 1-1 during the Division I era against UMass Lowell.
