Bobcats Battle to Road Win at Navy

ANNAPOLIS, MD – Quinnipiac women's rugby battled to a road victory on Saturday afternoon, earning a commanding 29-10 win over Navy.
Layla Cox scored twice in the win for QU, while Lucy Lamborn and Rebecca Balladares each found the try zone once.
Alexa Kirschner knocked in a penalty kick to get the scoring started for the Bobcats in the first half. She also made three conversion attempts.
Quinnipiac's defensive unit held strong in the win, holding Navy to just five points in each half of play.
The Bobcats – winners of two straight contests – move to 4-2 overall on the 2025 season.
