#Graf4Hobey
- For the second consecutive season, forward Collin Graf is one of the most dynamic players in the country as he's near or at the top of the national leaderboard in a lot of offensive categories.
- The Lincoln, Mass., native, a Hobey Top 10 Selection a year ago, is again in the running for the award. He currently sits third in the country in points per game, at 1.60. He's also seventh in goals per contest (0.70) and ninth in assists per game (0.90).
- As of Feb. 1, Graf sits seventh nationally in the Vote for Hobey campaign, collecting 3.06 percent of the nation's selections.
CONNECTICUT'S FINEST
- For the third consecutive season, the Quinnipiac Bobcats are kings of Connecticut after winning the CT Ice Tournament held at the XL Center.
- The Bobcats knocked of Yale in an ECAC bout on Friday night with a 1-0 shutout of the Bulldogs. On Saturday, UConn raced out 3-1 but the defending champs roared back with three in a row to take the title, 4-3.
- Vinny Duplessis was named the Tournament's MVP, while Mason Marcellus and Travis Treloar were also named to the All-Tournament Team.
SUCCESS IN ALL PHASES
- The Bobcats are again one of the nation's top programs across the board, sitting atop the leaderboards in a multitude of NCAA statistical categories.
- Quinnipiac is the only team in the country ranked in the top five in scoring offense and scoring defense. Rand Pecknold's club averages 4.12 goals per game, good for fourth nationally, and average 1.96 goals against per contest, which is second in the country.
- They also sit fifth nationally in penalty kill and winning percentage.
CLEARY CHASING
- Quinnipiac is chasing its fourth consecutive Cleary Cup and eighth in the last 12 seasons as the ECAC's regular season champion. The Bobcats currently have an nine-point lead at the top of the table, with Clarkson at 23 and Cornell at 21.
- The Golden Knights have a game in hand on the Bobcats and the two squads will play each other twice in the final month of the year.
THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME
- The Bobcats have made M&T Bank Arena one of the toughest places to play over the last three years. They are coming off an undefeated campaign in 2022-23 at The Bank and have yet to lose a game in regulation on home ice this season, currently standing at 9-2-0.
- Quinnipiac is 41-4-2 since the beginning of the 2021-22 campaign on home ice.
