No. 18 Bobcats, No. 11 Cornell Battle to Tie in 2024 Frozen Apple

NEW YORK — The No. 18 Quinnipiac men's ice hockey program battled to a 3-3 tie in the 2024 Frozen Apple in front of 16,593 fans at Madison Square Garden on Saturday, Nov. 30.
Cornell jumped out to a 2-0 lead after 20 minutes but the Bobcats roared back, scoring a pair of goals in the first 4:55 of the second to tie the game.
Cooper Moore ripped home his first of the season at the 14:00 mark of the second of great feeds from Chris Pelosi and Aaron Schwartz to give Quinnipiac the 3-2 advantage heading into the third.
Cornell would score at the 1:15 mark of the third to tie the game, giving the night its final scoreline.
Schwartz finished the night with a pair of points, scoring the night's second goal and adding the assist on the third.

- Mason Marcellus extended his point streak to five with an assist tonight.

- The Bobcats' shorthanded tally is their first of the season.
- Treloar recorded his 50th career assist, sitting on 90 points for his collegiate career.
