ST. LOUIS – Paul Otieno registered another double-double with 19 points and 10 rebounds, as Quinnipiac Men's Basketball dropped a non-conference contest at Saint Louis by the final score of 81-67.

Otieno made a career-high three 3-pointers during his big night. He's registered three straight games with 10 or more rebounds, and has recorded three double-doubles so far in 2024-25.

Khaden Bennett added 14 points (4-7 FG) for QU.

The Bobcats trailed by one at the break, then SLU outscored QU 44-31 in the second half.

The Bobcats shot 24-of-70 in total. QU knocked down seven triples (3 for Otieno, 2 for Bennett, 1 for both Mabrey and Young).
Paul Otieno is now averaging 11.7 PPG & 8.7 RPG through seven contests. He's shot 56.9 percent from the floor this year. Otieno now has more triples this year (4) than he did in his previous two seasons with Quinnipiac.
Khaden Bennett has posted back-to-back contests with 10+ points. He went 4-of-7 from the floor in 16 minutes.
Alexis Reyes chipped in with five points and eight rebounds, and Amarri Monroe added four points, eight rebounds, and four steals.
Doug Young added seven points. Jaden Zimmerman, Grant Randall, and Ryan Mabrey each recorded six points.
Grant Randall also grabbed a career-high seven rebounds.
There were nine lead changes, and the game was tied six different times. QU led for 20:44, while Saint Louis led for 17:33.
The Bobcats bench outscored SLU 18-3.
QU tied a season high mark with 48 rebounds.

NEXT UP

QU will return after the Thanksgiving holiday with a trip to Stonehill. The Bobcats and the Skyhawks will square off on Sunday, Dec. 1 at 4:00 PM in Massachusetts.
