Bennett Scores Career-High 19 Points, QU Falls at UMass Lowell

LOWELL, Mass. – Quinnipiac Men's Basketball dropped a non-conference matchup at UMass Lowell, 80-70, to kick off the 314 Classic on Saturday afternoon.
Khaden Bennett had a career day for the Bobcats, leading the offensive charge with 19 points on 7-of-16 shooting. He also grabbed eight rebounds in 25 minutes.
Paul Otieno recorded a double-double (18 points, 11 rebounds), going 8-of-12 from the floor. All 11 of his rebounds came on the offensive end.
The Bobcats led 41-32 at the break, then UMass Lowell outscored QU 48-29 in the second half of play.
