Despite being on the road, the Warriors took the early lead, scoring just over five minutes into the contest. Their goal would stand as the only in the first half.
Just under 10 minutes into the second half, Filip Kangeman found Juan Hernandez in the box and he fired a shot past to knot the game at one.

Nearly 20 minutes later, Jacob Garrigues sent a ball into the box off a Bobcat corner and found Luke Schierenbeck, who headed it home.

Merrimack would tie the game once more just 12 minutes later, but Ramesh Delsouz scored 20 seconds after that to lead the Bobcats to a victory.
