HAMDEN, Conn. — The No. 5 Quinnipiac men's ice hockey program returns to league action this weekend, playing Princeton in a home-and-home series to restart the ECAC campaign. The two teams will meet at M&T Bank Arena on Friday night before heading south to Princeton for the Saturday night contest.
The Bobcats are unbeaten in their last five contests and 12 of their last 13 appearances, most recently tying Hockey East foe Northeastern 3-3 at Matthews Arena on Saturday night in Boston.

- For the second consecutive season, forward Collin Graf is one of the most dynamic players in the country as he's near or at the top of the national leaderboard in a lot of offensive categories.
- The Lincoln, Mass., native, a Hobey Top 10 Selection a year ago, is again in the running for the award, currently leading the nation with a 1.86 points-per-game average. In his 14 appearances this season, he has recorded four, multi-assist perfromances and six multi-point games.
- 18 of his team-best 24 points have come since his return, including a three-point outing against LIU to close the first half.
11 + 16 + 28
- The Lipkin-Quillan-Graf line burst on to the national scene a year ago and has continued to fire on all cylinders in the 2023-24 season. The three have combined for 71 points on the year, with all three north of 20 as the second half begins.
- Only Denver's line of Massimo Rizzo, Jack Devine and McKade Webster have totaled more with 80 points. Maine's line of the Josh and Bradly Nadeau, as well as Lynden Breen match the Bobcats' line with 71.
LIPKIN HIS CHOPS
- The sophomore winger has made another big step up this season, starting to catch fire over the last two months of action. Lipkin has recorded points in five straight games and 10 of his last 11.
- He's totaled nine points in the last five games, including a five-point weekend in his latest league action against RPI and Union. The Philadelphia native is second on the team with 23 total points.
ECAC RESET
- The three-time defending Cleary Cup Champions enter the second half of the season with an eight-point lead and game in hand on second place Princeton as the Bobcats currently display an unbeaten 7-0-1 league record.
- Clarkson has 13 points in six games as they sit in third, while Yale, Cornell and Colgate all sit on 12 points as the second half of the league season gets underway this weekend.
MASTERS AT THE DOT
- The Bobcats enter the weekend boasting the league's most potent faceoff threat, winning 54.7 percent of their draws, a number that leasd the nation. Jacob Quillan leads the way with 211 wins, while Zach Tupker has won 167 faceoffs this season.
STRENGTH V. STRENGTH
- This weekend features a special teams matchup of great on great, as Princeton's power play meets Quinnipiac's penalty kill.
- The Tigers boast the nation's most potent power play, converting on 34.9 percent of chances, while the Bobcats' kill is fourth nationally, defeating 89.6 percent of infractions.
