Both Tennis Programs Earn ITA All-Academic Honors

HAMDEN, Conn. – Both Quinnipiac Tennis programs were recognized by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association ("ITA"), as the Bobcats' men's and women's teams earned All-Academic Team status.
To be named an ITA All-Academic Team, programs must meet the following requirements:

The Bobcats also placed 10 names on the ITA Scholar-Athlete list. 6 women's tennis student-athletes achieved ITA Scholar-Athlete status (Jordan Bradley, Claire Koscielski, Alexandra Luehrman, Kamilla Nella, Alessia Truden, and Andie Williams), while 4 members of the men's program were selected to the squad (Ayato Arakaki, Yasha Laskin, Csanad Nyaradi, Shaurya Sood).
To be named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, one must meet the following requirements:

In 2023, 959 Division I Men's student-athletes were named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, and 162 men's tennis programs were awarded the All-Academic Team distinction.

To be named an ITA All-Academic Team, programs must meet the following requirements:
- Have a team grade point average of 3.2 or above (on a 4.00 scale),
- All student-athletes included should be listed on the institutional eligibility form, and
- All varsity letter winners should be factored into the cumulative team GPA for the current academic year
