- Junior forward Collin Graf is looking to become the latest Bobcat to join the 100-point club, as he currently stands three away from the mark entering the final league weekend of 2023.
- Since joining the Bobcats, the Lincoln, Mass., native is averaging 1.5 points per game, totaling 75 in 50 appearances for the blue and gold. He added 22 points in his freshman campaign at Union, Quinnipiac's opponent on Saturday. He will be the first player on the current roster to reach the milestone.
- Quinnipiac's first two months were one of the toughest in the country, by both the Pairwise Rankings and Win Percentage measures, as the Bobcats faced four teams inside the current Top 11 in the Pairwise and had the eighth-toughest slate through the season's first two months.
- First-year forward Mason Marcellus has quickly made his mark on the college hockey landscape, totaling eight goals in his first 14 games. Among first-year forwards, that puts him sixth nationally and first in the league.
- He's also 10th in the country in points among first year forwards, adding six assists to his scoreline for a 14-point start to his collegiate career.
- For the third time in their careers, it'll be an ECAC brotherly battle when Ben and Zach Tupker hit the ice together on Saturday night in Schenectady, N.Y., as Quinnipiac battles Union.
- After playing three seasons together with the Big Red of Cornell, Ben transferred to Union, captaining the Garnet Chargers last year. Zach got the best of his twin brother in both contests last season and will be looking to do the same again, this time as a member of the Bobcats.
- As we head towards the holiday break of the 2023-24 college hockey season, the Bobcats find themselves leading the ECAC in seven major statistical categories, as well as the standings as they enter the month of December with a seven-point lead atop the league.
- They're also inside the top five nationally in six statistical categories, as well as seventh nationally in scoring defense. Quinnipiac currently boasts the league's leader in points per game, Jacob Quillan, currently on a 1.36 points-per-night pace. He's also won the second-most faceoffs in the league at 153.
- Quinnipiac enters the 2023-24 campaign with five players from the state of Connecticut, the most since the program turned Division I. The Bobcats host five of the 42 players from CT on their roster.
