EASTON, PA. – Quinnipiac field hockey is back on the road on Friday, as the Bobcats travel to take on Lafayette in Easton at 7 p.m. on ESPN+ in search of first three-game win streak since the 2018 season.

EASTON, PA. – Quinnipiac field hockey is back on the road on Friday, as the Bobcats travel to take on Lafayette in Easton at 7 p.m. on ESPN+ in search of first three-game win streak since the 2018 season.
THE MATCHUP: vs. LAFAYETTE
- Friday's matchup between the Bobcats and Leopards is the 13th ever meeting between the two programs
- Lafayette holds a 10-2 advantage over Quinnipiac in the all-time series
- The last time the two sides faced off Lafayette came away with a 2-0 victory on Sept. 12, 2021
- The Leopards enter the contest at 1-3
- Lafayette suffered a loss in each of its last two contests, including a 3-2 final against VCU this past Sunday
- Molly McAndrew leads the team with two goals and four points on the season
LAST TIME OUT
- Sophomore Emilia Massarelli scored the game-winning goal as the Quinnipiac field hockey program shutout No. 22 Maine, 1-0, on the road at the Maine Field Hockey Complex on Sept. 4
- The win marked QU's first victory over a nationally ranked opponent since defeating No. 19 OId Dominion on Oct, 14, 2016
- The victory also marked the program's first shutout of a nationally ranked opponent
- First year goalkeeper Cristina Torres recorded a career-high 10 saves en route to earning the first shutout of her career
- First year goalkeeper Cristina Torres has flourished in net for the Bobcats early in her career

- Senior forward Stella Tegtmeier has been a difference-maker for the Bobcats early in the season
- Through three games, Tegtmeier leads the Bobcats with two goals and five points
- Tegtmeier boasts a .600 shot-on-goal percentage
