POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – Alexandra Tennon tallied a team-high 10 kills for the Bobcats, but it wasn't enough as the Quinnipiac volleyball program was downed by Marist on the road, 3-0, Sunday afternoon inside of the McCann Center.

SET ONE (25-18, Marist)
The Bobcats found themselves trailing in the set 19-11 before calling their final timeout of the set. Out of the timeout, the Bobcats went on a 5-2 run to trim the deficit to 21-16 to force a Marist timeout. Out of the break, Marist closed the set on a 4-2 run to take the set 25-18.

SET TWO (25-22)
The two sides played to a 6-6 tie in the set until Marist went on a 5-1 run to jump out to an 11-7 lead, forcing a Quinnipiac timeout. Out of the break in action, QU responded with a 6-2 run of their own to knot the set at 13-13, forcing a Marist timeout. Out of the timeout, Marist scored five straight points to go ahead 18-13 to force a Bobcats' timeout. The Bobcats fought hard to cut the deficit to 23-22, however Marist took the next two points to take the set.

SET THREE (25-22)
The Bobcats got off to a hot start in the set, leaping ahead to an 11-5 lead before Marist called a timeout. Out of the timeout, Marist fought back to knot the set at 14-14 before slightly pushing ahead 21-19 in the set. The Bobcats couldn't get over the hump, as they fell in the set 25-22.
