Osher Earns Second NCATA Honorable Mention

Graduate Student Recognized for Effort Against Oregon

HAMDEN, Conn. - Quinnipiac graduate student Cassidy Osher earned her second consecutive NCATA Honorable Mention after an outstanding effort against Oregon, as announced by the league office on Wednesday afternoon.

Osher competed in eight heats against Oregon and in the team routine executed one acro sequences, two tosses, two running tumbling passes, one standing tumbling pass, and a pyramid. She outscored Oregon in seven of eight individual heats.

Osher's performance was highlighted by a 9.85 in the compulsory toss and a 9.825 in the six-element tumbling pass. In all, Osher helped Quinnipiac to five scores of 9.60 or higher.

The Bobcats wrap up the 2022 regular season with a road contest on Gannon on Saturday before preparing for the NCATA National Championship at the end of April.
