Harvard Wins ECAC Title With OT Goal

LAKE PLACID, N.Y. – Junior defenseman Jayden Lee tied the ECAC Championship game with less than six minutes to play in regulation, but Quinnipiac men's ice hockey was upset by Harvard, 3-2, in overtime on Saturday night.

Lee's goal came with the goalie pulled and a Harvard player in the penalty box as the Bobcats outshot Harvard 18-1 in the third period and evened the score.

Joey Cipollone's assisted on Quinnipiac's first goal of the game. The junior has tallied five points in seven games since 2/22/22.
Quinnipiac remains one win shy of tying a program record for single season wins (32). The record was set during the 2015-16 season that resulted in a Whitelaw Cup and a trip to the National Championship game.
