HAMDEN, Conn. – Michael Lombardi's extra-attacker goal with 2:12 remaining gave Quinnipiac a chance but #19 Clarkon held on to defeat the #2/2 Bobcats on Saturday night. The 3-1 loss is Quinnipiac's first regulation loss since October 23 and just the third loss this season.

Clarkson becomes the first ECAC team this year to avoid at least one regulation loss to Quinnipiac after earning a tie (QU won in shootout) earlier in the year.
