QU Clinches First Round Bye in MAAC Tournament w/ Victory
HAMDEN, Conn. — Quinnipiac men's soccer improved to 8-0-1 at home, downing Canisius by the final score of 2-0 on Saturday afternoon at the QU Soccer Stadium.
Brage Aasen scored twice to lead the way for the Bobcats, who clinched a first-round bye in the 2022 MAAC Tournament with the win. QU sits atop the league standings at 20 points with one game remaining.
The Bobcats have recorded four straight clean sheets in MAAC play and extended its unbeaten streak to eight games.
