Bobcats Record Second Place Finish at Hartford Invite

Four Bobcats Finish in Top 10
BLOOMFIELD, Conn. – The Quinnipiac women's golf team finished second out of five teams at the Hartford/Gillette Ridge Invite on Sunday. The Bobcats had four, top ten finishers, tied for the most of any school in the invite.
Reigning MAAC Golfer of the Week, Kaylee Sakoda was the highest finisher for Quinnipiac, as she recorded a 78 (+6). Elena Ybarra (79, +7), Emily Luu (80, +8) and Leeyen Peralta (82, +10) round out the top 10 finishers for the Bobcats.
As a team, the Bobcats posted a 324, finishing eight strokes in front of Hartford for second place.

SCORES AND NOTES
- Competing as an individual golfer, Luu carded the best round of her Quinnipiac career on Sunday.
- Darby Lillibridge and Mia Grzywinski each recorded an 85 (+13). Grzywinski competed as an individual golfer. Their scores landed them at a T-14 placing.
- Elena Lopez (87, +15) and Amanda Tully (88, +16) rounded out the Bobcat golfers for the invitational.
- Quinnipiac now prepares for the MAAC Championships, which take place on April 23-25 at the Magnolia Country Club in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
