Bobcats Sign Mira Filiberti, Nikole Lisovyy

HAMDEN, Conn. – Quinnipiac women's tennis has received a commitment from two student-athletes during the Fall 2021 signing period, as announced by Director of Tennis/Women's Tennis Head Coach Paula Miller on Thursday, Nov. 18.

Mira Filiberti (Las Vegas, Nevada) and Nikole Lisovyy (Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania) will both join the Bobcats in the fall of 2022.

"I am extremely excited to add Nikole and Mira to our Bobcat Family," Miller said. "Both are four-star recruits that will make an immediate impact on our team. I am looking forward to seeing them grow as student-athletes, and am excited to help them achieve their academic and athletic goals here at Quinnipiac."

Mira Filiberti (Las Vegas, Nevada)

Top 100/Top 50 nationally in every division
Won multiple sectional tournaments
Went to the semifinals in doubles of National Level 2 Tournaments
Placed 4^th at state individual during her freshman season
Also won regionals as a freshman
Babolat rankings: #4 in Nevada, #33 in Southwest

Nikole Lisovyy (Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania)

This year in doubles: 2nd in 18's L3 National in Arizona (once in March, once in April)
Won PIAA singles championships as a freshman
Ranked as high as #97 nationally via Tennis Recruiting
Babolat rankings: #5 in Pennsylvania, #27 in Middle Atlantic
