Bobcats Secure Three Wins on Day 1 of ITA Regionals

West Point, N.Y. – Quinnipiac women's tennis earned three total victories at the ITA Regionals on Friday afternoon in West Point, N.Y.
The Bobcats won two out of four singles matchups, while also taking one of the four doubles contests.

NOTES
- Brittney Wilbur secured a spot in Saturday's competition with a two-set victory over Providence's Melendez. She cruised to a 6-0, 6-0 win to earn her fourth singles victory of the year.
- Kamilla Nella earned a singles win Friday afternoon. This is her fourth singles match of the year. She defeated Hoppe (UCONN) in straight sets, 6-2 and 6-1.
- Alessia Truden earned a bye for the first round of competition and will compete against Boston College's Edwards on Saturday morning.
- Brittney Wilbur earned her second win of the day, as she teamed up with Claire Koscielski to defeat Stony Brook's Joshi/Medved.
