Bobcats Fall 5-2 in Non-Conference Match
NORTH HAVEN, Conn. – Quinnipiac women's tennis fell in a tight battle with Eastern Michigan on Sunday evening at the North Haven Health & Racquet Club by the final score of 5-2.
Layla Rodriguez and Jordan Bradley each picked up a singles point for the Bobcats – who move to 3-6 with the loss. Kamilla Nella and Dominique Vasile also teammed up for a No. 3 doubles win.

NOTES
- Layla Rodriguez picked up a No. 3 singles victory, taking the third and final set over Popma by the final score of 6-4. Rodriguez won the first set, Popma battled back in the second, and then the senior finished things en route to her ninth singles win of the year.
- Rodriguez has a team-best 14 victories this year (nine singles, five doubles wins).
- Jordan Bradley also earned a three set win, hers coming in No. 5 singles action. Bradley took each of the final two sets over Ingram by the score of 6-1.
- Bradley now has six singles wins and one doubles victory in 2019-20.
