UNCASVILLE, Conn. – Quinnipiac men's basketball fell vs. Drexel, 66-48, in its first game of the Basketball Hall of Fame Tip-Off Tournament on Wednesday night at Mohegan Sun Arena.

Guard Savion Lewis led the Bobcats with 14 points, five rebounds and three assists, shooting 5-of-12 from the floor. Lewis went 4-of-5 from the free throw line, adding a steal.

Quinnipiac shot 15-of-44 (34.1 percent) from the floor. Elias King sunk the Bobcats only made three-point field goal.
Savion Lewis played 25 total minutes. He had 10 points at halftime – finishing with a team-best 15. Lewis now leads the Bobcats in scoring (13.0 PPG) through the first two games of the new year.
Sophomore Elias King added six points and six rebounds off the bench, playing 21 total minutes. King knocked down his first three-pointer of the season, and went 3-of-4 from the free throw line.
First year Luis Kortright added six points and two rebounds in 17 minutes.
First year Tymu Chenery scored six points in 13 minutes.
Senior Jacob Rigoni scored four points to go along with five rebounds, and sophomore Seth Pinkney added four points, two rebounds and two blocks.
The Bobcats had 24 points in the paint, and 22 bench points.
Drexel outrebounded the Bobcats 29-26. The Dragons shot 25-of-59 (42.4 percent).
