Bobcats Grab Season-Best 14 Offensive Rebounds in Victory
POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – Quinnipiac men's basketball grinded out a win in its MAAC opener on Friday night, outscoring Marist 18-9 over the last 9:13 of regulation to earn a 63-58 win at McCann Arena. With the win, the Bobcats move to 6-5 (1-0 MAAC) in 2019-20.
Rich Kelly led the way with 18 points on 5-of-13 shooting, knocking down four three-point field goals. Tyrese Williams added 12 points, and Jacob Rigoni recorded 10 points in the victory.
Kevin Marfo grabbed 14 more rebounds, his 11th straight contest with double-digit rebound totals to begin the year.
