Brett Uttley '12 Named to Coaching Staff for Major League Soccer’s Inter Miami CF

MIAMI – Former Quinnipiac men's soccer student-athlete/coach Brett Uttley has been named Assistant Coach and Video Analyst for Major League Soccer's Inter Miami CF, as announced by the program on Monday, Jan. 13, 2020.
Uttley played for Head Coach Eric Da Costa and the Bobcats from 2008-11. He made six starts and played in seven total games in 2009 as a sophomore, recording one goal and one assist for three total points. He then played in 12 games and made three starts in 2010, and played in 13 games while making 10 starts as a senior in 2012.
He graduated from Quinnipiac with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations in May of 2012, and played one full graduate season at Rhode Island in 2012. Uttley went on to play one year of professional soccer in Sweden for Lidkopings FK.
Uttley will serve on Diego Alonso's eight-man coaching staff. The Club's technical staff will combine international championship-winning personnel with U.S. experienced coaches. Via Inter Miami CF:
