Lu, Rodriguez Force Third Set but Fall to Athenas to Kick Off Spring Break Trip

CLAREMONT, Calif. – The Quinnipiac women's tennis team opened up their Spring Break trip to California Sunday afternoon as the Bobcats fell to Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, 7-0, in a match hosted by the Athenas.

Jennifer Lu and Layla Rodriguez each won the second set in their Sunday matches to force third sets but the Bobcats fell in the non-conference matchup.
