JERSEY CITY, N.J. – The Quinnipiac volleyball team swept the Saint Peter's Peacocks 3-0 on Sunday afternoon. Aryanah Diaz recorded her second career triple-double with 17 assists, 13 digs and 12 kills.

SET ONE
The Bobcats got out to an early 5-3 lead in the set with three different Bobcats tallying a kill. Saint Peter's would win four straight points to take a 10-9 lead in the set. Saint Peter's would then go on a 3-0 run to take the lead 14-11, forcing a Bobcats timeout. The Bobcats would come out of that timeout and win four of the next five points to tie the set up at 15. During that run, they would win four straight points to take the lead, 16-15. The Bobcats would go on a run to take a 20-16 lead, forcing Saint Peter's to call a timeout. The Bobcats would finish the set on a 10-3 run to take the set 25-18.

SET TWO
The Bobcats would win three straight points to give them an 8-4 lead, resulting in a Saint Peter's timeout. The Bobcats would continue that run to 5-0, giving the Bobcats a 10-4 lead. Saint Peter's would answer back with their own 4-0 run, cutting the Bobcat lead to 10-8. The Bobcats would go on a 3-0 run, capped off by a Lydia Jones kill to give them a 20-14 lead, forcing Saint Peter's to call their last timeout of the set. Saint Peter's would cut the Bobcat lead to 21-19 with a 4-0 run. The Bobcats would answer back and win the set 25-20.

SET THREE
The Bobcats would get out to an early 6-3 lead in the set. Lydia Jones would get back-to-back kills to give the Bobcats an 8-4 lead. Saint Peter's would win three straight points to cut the Bobcats lead to 8-7. Saint Peter's would go another 3-0 run to tie the set at 11. Quinnipiac would answer that run with a 5-0 run to give them a 16-11 lead, resulting in a Peacocks timeout. That run would be extended to a 10-0 run to extend the Bobcat lead to 21-11. The Bobcats would win four of the last five points to win the set 25-12.
