Bundu Reaches 600 Points, 600 Rebounds for Career
HAMDEN, Conn. – Quinnipiac men's basketball fell vs. Niagara, 75-72, on Saturday afternoon on Lender Court at the People's United Center in Hamden. With the loss, the Bobcats fall to 8-9 overall, 3-3 in MAAC play.
Senior Abdulai Bundu became just the fourth player in Division I program history to record 600 points and 600 rebounds, tallying 10 points and eight rebounds. Bundu now has 634 career points and 600 career rebounds, joining Ousmane Drame (2011-15), Ike Azotam (2010-14) and Justin Rutty (2007-11) as the only QU players to surpass the 600/600 mark in Division I history.
Cameron Young led Quinnipiac with 24 total points, while Rich Kelly added 20 points and eight assists.

- Tyrese Williams added 11 points and five rebounds, his seventh game with 10+ points this year.
- Bundu now has 32 points and 34 rebounds over his last four games, and has five games with nine or more rebounds in 2018-19.
- Quinnipiac shot 10-of-11 from the foul line, while Niagara went 10-of-17.
- The Bobcats return to action on Jan. 25, traveling to Marist to continue MAAC play.
