SCOUTING THE STAGS
Two goals within the first four minutes of play spotted the Bobcats an early lead and a clinical team defensive effort finished the job in a 2-0 road win at Fairfield from Lessing Field on Wednesday night. The early goals from Kelsey Goldring (Armonk, New York) and Ally Grunstein (Warren, New Jersey) set the tone while Myszewski (Elm Grove, Wisconsin) made five stops in net to give the Bobcats their first-ever MAAC win at Fairfield.
COMEBACK CATS
This season's win over NJIT is Quinnipiac's first come-from-behind victory this season. The Bobcats trailed for 27:12 before scoring three unanswered goals in the second half.
BOROWIEC-CASCIO CONNECTION
Borowiec scored twice in the win over NJIT and both of her goals came off of assists from senior Jess Cascio (Hebron, Connecticut)
TRIGS' HOME COOKIN'
Triglione's goal at UMass Lowell was her third of the season and her career. Two of her three goals have come in her home state, as she scored the first of the season in the 2018 opener at Boston College. Redshirt junior Kylie Lance (Stow, Massachusetts) and sophomore Hannah Reiter (Mansfield, Massachusetts) are also Bay State natives and scored at Lowell.
KYLIE IN THE CLUTCH
Lance scored the third goal of her career at UMass Lowell, as the defender has now tallied once in each of her three seasons as a Bobcat. All three of her career goals are of the game-winning variety.
