The Quinnipiac rugby team will welcome American International College to close out the Bobcats regular season at home on Saturday at 1 PM. Additionally, the team will honor its eight seniors.

LAST TIME OUT
The Bobcats came away with a thrilling 29-24 victory over NIRA rival Central Washington last Sunday.
- Junior Emily Roskopf (Dublin, California) had two tries in the match. Both scores were nearly identical, as she found space up the left side to get loose.
- Sophomore Mikah Maples (Mowequa, Illinois) scored the winning try for the Bobcats with 10 minutes to go in the second half.
- Senior Rebecca Haight (Oconomowoc, Wisconsin) got past the goal line for a try after solid defensive pressure from Central Washington.
- Senior Ilona Maher (Burlington, Vermont) collected a try after breaking through coverage at the halfway line. Maher also had two assists.
- Senior Flora Poole (Christchurch, New Zealand), had three assists by the end of the match. She now holds the second place all-time spot for the program's assists record with 35, passing Mason Johnson.
- Quinnipiac improved to 5-1 in its last six games and is now 4-0 at home this season.
- The win over Central Washington was Quinnipiac's first ever regular season victory over the Wildcats and its first win against them at home.
LAST TIME FACING AIC
Quinnipiac last faced AIC on September 30, 2017. The Bobcats came away with the 60-22 road victory.
- Senior Jessica Maricich (Lansing, Illinois) broke Quinnipiac's all-time tackles number, breaking Hailey Wyatt's ('17) record of 168 solo tackles. Maricich also recorded a try and an assist in the match.
- Flora Poole tallied three tries and an assist in the match, moving into the third spot on Quinnipiac's all-time assist list.
- Graduate student Tayler Schussler (Westminster, Maryland) collected three tries in the match during a 20-0 run from the Bobcats.
- Freshman Jordan Cowan (Oak Ridge, New Jersey) added a try from a 30-yard run. Sophomore Mikah Maples (Mowequa, Illinois) also added a try.
- Rebecca Haight tallied two tries, the first two of the match for the Bobcats.
- Senior Ilona Maher (Burlington, Vermont) scored a try. She collected her 42nd career assist in the match.
AIC NOTES
- AIC comes into the match with two wins on the year, coming against Lindenwood and Notre Dame College.
- The Yellow Jackets have yet to win a NIRA match this season, as it's fell to Quinnipiac and Army West Point.
- AIC is 1-2-0 in away matches this year.
- Kayla Clark, Elizabeth Harvey, Bridget Kahele and Hilaria Lymas tallied tries for AIC in its last match against Quinnipiac.
