HAMDEN, Conn. - Quinnipiac women's ice hockey senior captain Emma Woods was featured in The Ice Garden – SB Nation's women's ice hockey blog – on Friday, Jan. 27, 2017.

Quinnipiac is currently 16-6-5 (9-4-2 ECAC) so far in the 2016-17 season, sitting in a three-way tie for third place in the ECAC Hockey conference standings. Woods has 10 goals and nine assists for 19 points in her senior season. She recorded her 100th career point in the Bobcats' win over RPI on Dec. 3, 2016.
Quinnipiac is off this weekend. The Bobcats are back in action on Jan. 31, 2017, hosting Princeton at High Point Solutions Arena in Hamden (12 PM).
