Ryan Nurse joins the Quinnipiac Athletic Department in the fall of 2024 as a full time Associate Athletic Trainer.
Nurse most recently worked as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at UConn working primarily with the Football and Women’s Lacrosse team. Prior to UConn, Nurse was an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Nichols College in Dudley, Mass,, working as the head football Athletic Trainer, in addition to women's basketball, men's and women's Volleyball and men's lacrosse.
Nurse completed his undergraduate degree in athletic training from the University of Maine in 2020. He completed his master's degree in business administration from Nichols College in 2022. Nurse holds certifications in Dry Needling and currently sits on the board of directors of the Connecticut Athletic Training Association.
