Meehan joined the Bobcats' full-time staff prior to the 2024-25 season after serving as QU's Graduate Assistant during the previous two years.
Most recently, Meehan played a pivotal role in helping the Bobcats capture back-to-back MAAC regular season titles in 2023-24 and 2024-25.
As Director of Player Development & Operations, Meehan will supervise many essential day-to-day tasks both on and off the floor.
Prior to his time in Hamden, Meehan served as an Assistant Coach at Western Connecticut State starting in July of 2020, and was a team manager at Villanova from 2016-2020.
While at Western Connecticut, Meehan created scouting reports and provided basketball strategy through video breakdown, created practice plans, managed team social media, and completed numerous tasks in operations.
He worked with the Director of Operations at Villanova to help in various ways, executing both game-day and non game-day tasks.
