Stodolski is currently in his first year with the Quinnipiac Strength & Conditioning staff in 2024-25. He is a Strength and Conditioning and Sports Performance Professional with more than eight years of experience in the field developing high-performing athletes across high school to professional levels.
Prior to joining the Bobcats’ staff, Stodolski worked at Exos – a high performance company based out of Phoenix, Arizona. He first served as a Tactical Performance Coach from 2019-2020, and then took over as Lead Performance Specialist from 2020-2024.
He also has previous professional experience with Parisi Speed School (2011 – 2013), with Springfield Armor Basketball (2013-2014), as a Strength & Conditioning Intern with the Brooklyn Nets (2014), at Merrimack College (2017-2018), and at the University of Maine (2018-2019).
Stodolski has certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Precision Nutrition (PN), Functional Movement Systems (FMS), and EXOS Performance Specialist (EXOS XPS).
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science in 2015 from Springfield College, then received a Master of Science in Exercise and Sports Science in 2018 from Merrimack College.
