Kaitlin Lewis joined the Quinnipiac Athletics staff in January of 2025, bringing an extensive background in athletic administration, revenue generation, and strategic partnerships. With a proven track record of elevating collegiate programs, Kaitlin oversees the development and execution of corporate sponsorships and engagement initiatives.
Prior to arriving in Hamden, Kaitlin spent several years at Duquesne University, where she most recently served as the Assistant Athletic Director of Corporate Partnerships. During her tenure at Duquesne, she was instrumental in increasing sponsorship revenue by 173% and expanding the university's partnership portfolio from 21 to over 50 corporate partners. Her role included managing high-level assets in digital advertising and television/radio spots, while also serving as the sport administrator for Women's Lacrosse and Acrobatics & Tumbling.
Kaitlin’s experience also includes a significant focus on fundraising and operations. She successfully raised over $100,000 annually through athletic golf outings and was an integral part of a 24-hour "Day of Giving" strategy that secured more than $266,000 for 17 varsity sports. Earlier in her career, Kaitlin served as the Director of Women’s Basketball Operations at the University at Albany, where she managed budgets and coordinated all travel logistics. She also gained valuable coaching and recruiting experience at Wellesley College as an Assistant Basketball Coach and Recruiting Coordinator.
A former dual-sport student-athlete, Kaitlin was a member of the varsity basketball and lacrosse teams at Trinity College. During her time at Trinity, she served as a basketball team captain and was part of the 2014 lacrosse team that reached the NCAA Division III championship game.
Kaitlin is deeply involved in the professional athletic community and was a recipient of the NAADD Diversity Initiative Stipend. She is a frequent attendee of the NACDA and WBCA conventions and has served as a guest speaker for formal organizations classes at Trinity College.
Kaitlin Lewis holds a Master of Business Administration, which she earned in 2023 from the Duquesne University Palumbo-Donahue School of Business. Prior to her graduate studies, she completed her undergraduate education at Trinity College in Hartford, CT, where she graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
