- Attended Southington High School
- Participated in gymnastics and rugby
- Named the Gymnastics State Champions in 2009-10
- Led her rugby squad to an undefeated season in 2011
- Captained the Knights Rugby team for three-years
- Wrinn owns numerous school records, including most tries scored in a game and most tries scored in a season
- Named best overall rugger and back of the match
- Led the team to a State Championship Runner-Up in 2013 and became the first member of the Lady Knights to earn a rugby scholarship
- Member of the Rugby High School All American Team in 2013
- In the classroom, Wrinn received academic honors all four years of high school
- Assisted in bringing girls' rugby to Southington High School in 2010-2011
- First female in the state of CT to receive a scholarship to play women's rugby at the NCAA division one varsity level

- Majoring in Sociology/Masters of Arts in Teaching
- Earned Dean's List honors as a sophomore and junior at Quinnipiac
- Volunteered for the Austin Hill Project, helping to raise money for a 17-year old boy battling cystic fibrosis
- Started the girls rugby program at her high school
