Becil joined the Bobcats' staff as a graduate assistant for the 2024–25 season, primarily handling film, team logistics, and player development.
Before Quinnipiac, Becil served as the head coach of the NY Rens United 17u team for three years, as well as an assistant coach at Wilbraham & Monson Academy for two seasons. With the Rens, Becil was integral to building the United program from its inception, sending 40 student-athletes to college, including the likes of Johns Hopkins, Emory, UChicago, Navy, Wesleyan, Bowdoin, Colby, Sacred Heart, Pace, and more.
Becil played two seasons at Kenyon College before transferring and earning Accounting and Finance degrees from Indiana University in 2021. Upon graduating, he spent three years as a Real Estate Tax Associate at PwC while beginning his coaching journey.
