HAMDEN, Conn. – The Quinnipiac men's tennis defeated LIU in a close 4-3 battle on Sunday afternoon in their first outdoor home match of the season.

Finn Burridge played the hero, clinching the win in a three-set thriller at No. 3 singles. After taking the doubles point with wins Daniel Velek / James Lorenzetti and Yasha Laskin / Elias Hoxha, QU got singles wins from Velek, Burridge, and Alex Yang.
