Bobcats Fall in Home Opener to LIU

HAMDEN, Conn. – Francisca Eschoyez scored her first collegiate goal in the Quinnipiac field hockey team's season-opening 2-1 loss versus LIU.
The sharks took the lead first scoring one minute into the second quarter, and added another early in the third quarter. Eschoyez scored on a penalty corner that was inserted by Cameron Brower.
With the loss, the Bobcats open the 2024 campaign at 0-1, while LIU improves to 1-0.
