HAMDEN, Conn. – Matt Balanc paced the Bobcats with 24 points on 6-of-9 shooting, leading Quinnipiac Men's Basketball past Stonehill by the final score of 80-69 on Sunday afternoon at M&T Bank Arena.

The Bobcats shot 49.1% in total during the wire-to-wire victory. QU led by as many as 28 points in total.

Quinnipiac finishes the month of November with a 5-1 record heading into the start of MAAC play on Friday.

The Bobcats wrapped up the first half on a 15-2 run over the final 4:25.
Matt Balanc led QU with 24 points, going 6-of-7 from 3-point range and adding five assists. Balanc has tallied double-digit point totals in all six games this year for the Bobcats. He's averaging 18.2 points per contest in 2023-24.
Amarri Tice chipped in with 14 points, five rebounds, five blocks and three steals over 22 minutes on the floor.
Alexis Reyes added 13 points off the bench, hitting 3-of-4 attempts from distance.
Paul Otieno recorded eight points and five rebounds, hitting all four field goal attempts. Otieno was a +18 for the Bobcats.
Savion Lewis chipped in with five points and seven assists. Lewis leads the country in assists per game (8.2).
The Bobcats knocked down 14 3-pointers in total, including nine in the first half.
QU's largest lead was 28 points – which came during the second half of action.
Quinnipiac has now 2-0 vs. Stonehill over the last two years.
The Bobcats are 12-2 over the last two seasons in the month of November.

The Bobcats will now turn their attention to the MAAC schedule, as QU will head to Western New York to square off with Canisius (Dec. 1) and Niagara (Dec. 3) next weekend.
